About Gerald Sebert GmbH
Gerald Sebert GmbH, based in Bietigheim-Bissingen, develops, manufactures and distributes technical products, at its core a patented, automatically adjustable coolant ring for machine tools. The system automatically adapts the position of the coolant nozzles to the respective tool length, thereby increasing process reliability and tool life in machining. The mechanical components of the coolant rings are manufactured in-house, including with robot-assisted machining centres in contract manufacturing. The precision gearing of the nozzle mechanism (module 1) is produced by circular milling; the nozzle position can be controlled automatically from the tool data via a Fanuc control with app. Customers include machine builders as well as the machining industry and the hydraulics industry; the manufacturing of mechanical components is carried out through Asch & Sebert at the same location.
