The Company
Gerba Metallwarenfabrik GmbH is a family-run company in its third generation, founded in 1941 and headquartered in Ransbach-Baumbach (Westerwald, Rhineland-Palatinate). Its core competence lies in the design, manufacture and further processing of stamped, pressed and deep-drawn parts made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. Production is carried out to drawing, sample or individual customer specifications – from prototypes and small batches to large-scale series. The range of services includes in-house designed tools, welding processes such as TIG, MIG/MAG and spot welding on automated circular welding machines, as well as machining, bending, riveting, pressing, vibratory finishing and the assembly of complete assemblies. Surface treatment such as powder coating, electroplating, cataphoretic (KTL) coating and heat treatment is carried out in cooperation with partners. Customers are companies in the metalworking industry from various sectors.
