Gerhard & Götz GmbH & Co. KG is a company founded in 1978 in Groß-Zimmern near Darmstadt, specializing in dimensional metrology and custom machine building. The 15-person team designs and produces measuring and testing machines, assembly machines, and handling equipment for international customers – from simple manual testing units to fully automatic testing machines for inline inspection with measurement feedback or final inspection. The testing technology captures dimensional accuracy, threads, geometry, surfaces, function, cracks, as well as pneumatic tightness, and is used, among others, in screw and connection technology, automotive and drive technology, and aerospace. As a system supplier, the company supports its customers throughout the entire process: from needs analysis to design, manufacturing, and assembly, up to commissioning and after-sales support. In custom machine building, the manufacturer integrates robotics, camera systems, eddy current testing systems, screwing and marking systems into customized turnkey solutions from a single source.
