About Gerhard Schmees GmbH
Gerhard Schmees GmbH has been active in the telecommunications sector for over 30 years and implements projects related to mobile network infrastructure throughout Germany. Its range of services extends from project management and site planning to the installation and commissioning of radio sites, as well as maintenance, servicing, decommissioning and dismantling – depending on customer requirements, either as a partial service or a turnkey solution for new builds, conversions and modernisation. In its own production facility, the company manufactures steel lattice masts based on precise industrial production processes with high dimensional accuracy and reproducibility. In addition, Gerhard Schmees GmbH offers contract manufacturing: precise profile cutting and machining of steel profiles on a fully automatic Kaltenbach sawing, drilling and marking system in a single pass. The company employs 30 people and, according to its own figures, has successfully completed around 16,000 projects as well as manufactured and erected 150 masts.
