GERKON Industriezerspanung GmbH is a certified mid-sized contract manufacturing company based in Röhrnbach in Lower Bavaria. Since 1998, the company has manufactured precision-machined components with 35 employees for demanding industrial applications – from prototype to series production. Manufacturing capabilities include CNC turning (turning diameters up to 600 mm, turning lengths up to 3000 mm), complete machining of complex turn-milled parts in a single setup on Mazak Integrex machining centers, CNC milling, external and internal grinding with grinding lengths up to 1000 mm, precision gearing, and saw cutting of a wide variety of materials. More than 20 CNC machines with modern Mazatrol controls are in operation. Customers come from the automotive, machinery and plant engineering, medical technology, and security/defense sectors. A quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 and modern metrology with CNC coordinate measuring machines, roughness and contour measurement ensure reproducible quality.
