About Gerlach 3D-Druck

Gerlach 3D-Druck is an additive manufacturing service provider based in Westoverledingen in East Frisia. The company manufactures plastic spare parts and custom components using the FDM (FFF) process as well as the SLA/DLP process, covering the entire additive manufacturing process chain – from material selection through load-optimized design to production of the components. A key focus is the reconstruction of no-longer-available spare parts for vintage cars, campers and caravans: existing or defective parts are digitized via 3D scanning and reconstructed as CAD datasets, then reproduced by printing. In addition, the company offers CAD design, enclosure and bracket manufacturing for electronics and switchgear cabinet construction as well as maritime applications. Post-processing includes sandblasting, painting, coating, grinding and the insertion of threaded and magnet inserts. In the FFF process, components up to 300×300×400 mm³ are possible; in the DLP process up to 200×190×120 mm³.
