GERLIEVA Sprühtechnik GmbH is a manufacturer of die and mould spray systems based in Heitersheim (Baden-Württemberg). The company has been active in the field of spray technology for over 50 years and, on a production area of 3,500 m², develops complete, customised solutions for customers. The portfolio includes spray and blow nozzles for die casting (non-ferrous hot chamber and cold chamber, machines from 40 to 5,000 t clamping force, special processes such as thixoforming and squeeze casting) as well as for forging (hot, warm and cold forming of steel, aluminium, brass and copper). In addition, GERLIEVA offers peripheral equipment such as spray medium containers, dosing systems, drum stations, release agent quantity monitoring as well as test and flushing stands. With a vertical production depth of 90%, systems are manufactured in-house; the range of services includes on-site commissioning, die-specific setup of spray heads, spray process optimisation, maintenance, spare parts supply, repair and customer training. Customers come from the die casting, forging and foundry industries; delivery is worldwide.
