About GERLING

Gerling Automation GmbH, headquartered in Aspach (Großaspach), develops, manufactures and distributes systems for tool production as well as assembly systems and special machinery worldwide. The machine portfolio includes bore machining machines, induction brazing machines for carbide, PCD and stellite cutting edges, face grinding machines, tension rolling machines, sandblasting systems, polishing and laser marking machines as well as machines for quality control of saw blades. The systems are used in the production of carbide- and diamond-tipped circular and band saws, milling cutters, drills, circular knives and slitting shears. The sister company Gerling GmbH Maschinenbau builds special machinery and assembly machines, mainly for the automotive supply industry, including design, CNC parts manufacturing, electrical engineering, software development and commissioning. Since 2010, a worldwide sales cooperation has existed with the grinding machine manufacturer VOLLMER.
