About Gerlinger

Gerlinger GmbH & Co. KG has been manufacturing technical adhesive tapes, sealing compounds and butyl sealants in Nördlingen since 1961 under the Gerband® brand. The company covers the complete depth of production: from its own adhesive manufacturing (polyacrylate solutions, natural rubber-resin solutions, synthetic rubber hotmelt and solutions, butyl rubber), through the coating of a wide variety of carrier materials such as paper, fabrics, films, foam and aluminium, to converting into rolls, spools or die-cut parts. The product range includes, among other things, paper, fabric, film, foam, packaging and aluminium adhesive tapes, butyl sealing tapes, double-sided adhesive tapes, primers and sheeting, also as printed versions or custom-made products. Customers come from the construction industry, building construction and civil engineering, insulation technology, the automotive and vehicle manufacturing industries, the packaging industry, the paper and corrugated board industry, and the electrical and household appliance industries. The in-house research and development as well as an application engineering department with application tests and compatibility studies complement the offering.
