Gerlinger Industries specializes in the production and processing of thermoplastic materials and can look back on more than 30 years of experience in technical films. The company develops and produces ultra-thin films with a thickness of 20 µm through to extremely durable films of 1000 µm, including highly functional polyurethane films (TPU), multilayer films, hot-melt adhesive films based on TPU and copolymer as well as tapes. Services include extrusion, coating and finishing of technical textiles, laminating and converting. An in-house development team supports customers in researching and developing customized solutions and ensures that products and services meet international quality standards. Customer industries include, among others, automotive with lumbar support applications, medical and orthopedics, technical textiles, apparel with seam sealing, packaging as well as general industry.
