GERMA Sondermaschinen- und Vorrichtungsbau GmbH is a company founded in 1987 in Eppelborn-Dirmingen in the Saarland, specializing in the construction of special machinery, systems and production equipment. Its range of services includes welding, screwing, press-fitting, drilling and inspection fixtures, assembly stations, handling systems, test rigs as well as embossing, piercing and trimming tools for stamping and forming technology. All services are provided from a single source: from consulting through engineering and design, mechanical small and large machining (5-axis milling, turning, grinding), welded constructions in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, to painting, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and control-related assembly, as well as commissioning and documentation. Customers include renowned European automotive manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW and Volkswagen as well as companies from the agricultural, construction and commercial vehicle sectors. More than 60 employees implement systems ranging from the smallest subassemblies to complex special machinery on approximately 165 m² of assembly floor space.
