About Germancut
Germancut is a brand for chef's knives, bread knives and cutlery founded by Alexander Tonn in Solingen. According to its own statements, the blades are manufactured 100% in the knife city of Solingen using traditional production methods and combined with innovative, timeless design. The range includes, among others, the knife series Meatlover (chef's knives), Chefslover (filleting knives), Veggielover (vegetable knives), Breadlover (bread knives), Paringlover (paring knives) and Steaklover (steak knives) as well as cutlery sets and accessories such as magnetic knife blocks. The handles are made of olive wood or bog oak; DLC coatings of the blades are available as an option, which reduce the adhesion of cut material. Some blades are double-ground, which is intended to ensure precise cutting guidance. Distribution takes place via the company's own online shop with free shipping within Germany; the website is available in German and English.
