GermanTwinscrewS GmbH (GTS) was founded in 1995 and specializes in the design, manufacturing and installation of screws and barrels. The company combines theoretical knowledge in the fields of plastics, process engineering, steel and manufacturing with many years of application experience. The focus is on plastics extrusion, injection molding and the petrochemical industry; in addition, GTS serves other industries. GTS primarily manufactures its own products and, in a few exceptions, to customer drawings. GTS Engineering offers customized screw design optimizations, training and engineering services in plastics processing, with the aim of minimizing energy consumption and increasing the efficiency of customers' machines. Customers in more than 100 countries worldwide are supported; quotations are provided within 48 hours.
