About GERTEC
GERTEC Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH is a specialist and manufacturer of machines and systems for conveying, grouting and injecting suspensions. The product portfolio includes hose pumps (peristaltic pumps) of the SP series for solids-laden, abrasive suspensions and wastewater, double plunger pumps of the PP series based on the positive displacement principle, suspension mixers as well as solutions in injection technology and insulation technology. The pumps convey media such as bentonite and cement suspensions, mortar, drilling fluids, sludges, wastewater and biomass with flow rates up to 75 m³/h or 400 l/min and pressures up to 230 bar. Fields of application lie primarily in specialist foundation engineering, tunnel construction, bored pile construction, slurry wall construction, jet grouting, HDD, biogas as well as the chemical and the ceramics and porcelain industries. The company headquarters with production is located in Sulzberg in the Bavarian Allgäu; sales are handled via a dealer network in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Poland, Spain and other countries, among others.
