About OELTECHNIK
Gesellschaft für Oeltechnik mbH, headquartered in Waghäusel, Baden-Württemberg, develops and manufactures apparatuses and plants for process engineering. The product range includes shell-and-tube heat exchangers, EKE element coolers (pressure gas coolers), lubricating, sealing and control oil systems according to API 614, surface condensation plants, forced-draft heat exchangers as well as industrial filter systems and pressure vessels. Production is carried out in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and special materials such as 13CrMo4-5, Inconel, Monel, titanium, CuNi alloys and aluminium; the scope ranges from process engineering design and 3-D engineering through welding and machining of large components up to 25 t and special coatings to assembly and commissioning. One-off units up to 100 t unit weight, 4 m diameter and 20 m length are produced on more than 20,000 m² of production floor space. Customers include the chemical and petrochemical industry, power plant and gas technology, industrial steel construction and marine technology. The group comprises sites in Waghäusel, Plauen (TubeTech GmbH) and Munster, France (Oeltechnik France S.à R.L.); around 250 employees are employed worldwide.

Quality and Certification
The products are non-destructively tested (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT and, upon request, TOFD, acoustic emission measurement and helium leak test), almost exclusively with in-house equipment and in-house testing personnel. The testing personnel are qualified to DIN EN 9712 Level 2/3 and SN-T-C-1A Level II/III; documentation is performed digitally according to codes and customer specifications.
