About GesundLernZentrum

The GesundLernZentrum in Hennef is a solo practice run by Verena B. Siefarth-Mettinger, alternative practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie). The practice pursues a holistic health concept that views body, mind and communication as interconnected areas. Its services include measurement methods for determining stress levels – including the Prognos measuring device, Zell-Check and MOA stress analysis – as well as counselling on stress and blockages. Based on the measurement results and a personal consultation, individual measures for health self-help are developed, including methods from energy psychology such as EDxTM according to Fred Gallo and EFT. The non-medical psychotherapy practice is carried out under the alternative practitioner licence (Heilpraktikererlaubnis), which was granted by the Wuppertal Health Office in November 2011. The aim of the treatment is the autonomy of clients, i.e. the ability to independently take care of their own health in the future.
