About get-IT-easy
get-IT-easy is an IT hardware rental service founded in 2018 and based in Iphofen (Bavaria). The company rents out tablets, smartphones, VR headsets, laptops, MacBooks, monitors, TVs, digital steles as well as accessories such as SIM cards, routers, headphones and stands – from a minimum rental period of one day and from single devices up to several hundred units. On request, devices are pre-configured (apps, settings, software setup) and delivered nationwide via express/overnight shipping to offices, trade fair booths and event venues; collection is also handled by the company. Target customers are companies, start-ups, agencies as well as organisers of trade fairs, events and training courses. After return, the devices are inspected, cleaned, refurbished and returned to the rental pool; devices no longer usable are properly recycled. Shipping is in reusable boxes and climate-neutral, and device insurance can be added. After each return, customer data is securely erased.
