About us
Getriebe Technik Füllgraf GmbH, based in Witten, specializes in the overhaul, repair and new construction of industrial and mobile gearboxes as well as the service of cable car gearboxes. At the plant, planetary, spur, worm and bevel gear units as well as combinations of various stages are repaired and overhauled; gearbox weights up to 20 t are possible. Spare parts such as standard and gear teeth components are manufactured according to sample or drawing, supplemented by assembly work, conversions, reengineering and test runs on an in-house test rig. The spatial separation of manufacturing and assembly ensures a clean working environment. In field service, the technicians carry out disassembly, assembly, commissioning, endoscopy, vibration measurements, oil analyses and damage analyses on site. For cable car gearboxes, inspections and tests are carried out in accordance with SeilbÜV 2013; the company is a member of the Pool-Alpin purchasing association and is represented at the Interalpin trade fair. A 24h emergency service and a large spare parts stock round off the range of services.
