About GEVU

GEVU Gestorfer Vulkanisierbetrieb GmbH, based in Springe/Bennigsen, has been manufacturing technical rubber molded parts and vulcanized sealing frames to drawing, sample or technical specification since 1984. Production uses the IM process (injection vulcanization), in which the rubber compound is preheated, plasticized and injected into the vulcanization mold under defined pressure – producing molded parts and frame corners with economical heating times. Parts are made from EPDM, silicone/VMQ, NBR, NR/SBR and CR in various colors and Shore hardnesses. The company serves customers in window and facade construction, rail vehicle manufacturing, commercial vehicles, shipping, commercial kitchen technology and the automotive industry. On request, GEVU also manufactures from customer-supplied material and supports material selection and production processes. Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Around 60 employees work at the site at Immengarten 6 in Springe-Bennigsen.
