GEWA Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH is a company founded in 2025, based in Auw an der Kyll in the Eifel region, and is a brand of the Gebrüder Eichten Holding. Building on a track record of over 30 years in machine tool service and retrofit, Lars and Dirk Eichten developed their own series of CNC machines. The portfolio includes vertical machining centers (VM600, VM800, VM900), drilling and tapping centers (VD series), CNC lathes (UT series) and 5-axis machining centers of the US wheeler brand. The machines combine cost-efficient base technology with high-quality components from Europe and Germany and rely on integrated control, drive and metrology technology from Heidenhain; alternatively, Fanuc, Siemens or Mitsubishi are available. In addition to machine sales, GEWA offers automation solutions with loading systems and manufacturing cells, retrofit, a comprehensive spare parts warehouse, repair, maintenance, commissioning, transport, training and remote service. Target industries are metalworking, the automotive industry, mold and tool making, aerospace and medical technology.
