GEZEA is a family-run service company that has been supporting German and European tool and mould making since 1994. Its portfolio of services includes the efficient production of graphite cuts and graphite semi-finished products for electrical discharge machining as well as milled graphite electrodes and copper electrodes manufactured from customer data. The manufacturing processes include milling, in particular HSC milling, wire EDM, sinker EDM, small-hole EDM, as well as grinding and 3D measurement. In addition, GEZEA manufactures injection moulding tool components such as mould inserts, sliders and mould assemblies and offers custom contract machining of steel components. The company sees itself as an extended workbench for its customers, expanding their production capacities and compensating for peak utilisation at fixed prices. All manufactured electrodes are 100 % inspected with a 3D coordinate measuring machine.
