GFO Filter- und Oberflächentechnik F. Götz GmbH is a family-owned company in the greater Stuttgart area that has been active in surface technology for over 40 years and specializes in thermal process engineering and industrial furnace construction. The company manufactures custom furnace systems for heating, drying, tempering and curing as well as cooling tunnels and cooling zones for targeted cooling, air conditioning and conditioning within production lines. Thermal process steps are integrated directly into automated manufacturing lines, matched to the component, temperature, cycle time and production environment. In addition, existing systems are maintained, converted and modernized, for example through additional insulation or conversion of the heating method. A customer test center with temperature measurements in test furnaces is used to pre-test and design thermal processes. With more than 1,000 m² of production space at its Gärtringen site, GFO covers a high level of in-house manufacturing depth and the entire production chain internally.

Quality and test center
In the customer test center, temperature measurements are carried out in test furnaces, tests are performed and results analyzed in order to design the optimal thermal process. The high level of in-house manufacturing and internal control of all production steps serve quality assurance.
