About GFT German Fluorolined Technik
GFT German Fluorolined Technik GmbH in Kempen manufactures PFA-lined valves such as the SPHERON9® ball valve and ball check valves, as well as magnetically coupled pumps of the AlMagnox series, for use with highly corrosive, abrasive and toxic fluids. The fluoropolymer linings (PFA, PTFE, FEP, ETFE, PCTFE, PVDF, ECTFE) are applied in in-house transfer molding production; the tools (lining tools) are designed and manufactured in-house. Housings are made of cast steel A216 WCB (1.0619), stainless steel casting CF-8M (1.4408) or as welded steel constructions, also in uncoated stainless steel versions for cleanroom applications. In addition to standard products, customer-specific solutions are manufactured. The company belongs to a corporate group with roots in the Dr. Mauer Werkzeugfabrik (founded 1974) and operates, via its sister company IMI InProTec, liaison offices in Singapore and Mumbai for sales in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

All fluoropolymer linings are manufactured in the company's own plant in Kempen under quality management supervision. Products are certified according to TA-Luft, ATEX and SIL; the QM system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001.
