GHS Separationstechnik GmbH was founded in 2009 in Landshut by Günter Haider and specializes in solid-liquid separation. The company develops and manufactures decanter centrifuges (GHS, GHT, GHO, GHF series), separators, pumps, flocculant systems as well as turnkey separation plants on platforms and in containers. The centrifuge bowls are made of duplex steel or carbon steel; production, assembly and testing, including balancing of rotors up to 1,500 mm diameter and 6,000 mm length, take place at the Pfeffenhausen plant. Spare and wear parts are produced on CNC turning and milling machines; in addition, GHS offers brand-independent repair, maintenance and overhaul of centrifuges of all makes. Customers come, among others, from the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries, wastewater and environmental engineering, mining, cement, recycling and geotechnical engineering. Since 2025, the company has been part of the Krones Group.

Since 2019, a quality management system according to ISO 9001 has been in place. All new centrifuges, decanters and separators are delivered with balanced rotors; a universal test rig for rotor units from 200 to 800 mm diameter serves for factory testing.

Foundation of GHS Separationstechnik GmbH in Landshut by Günter Haider; opening of the production and assembly plant in Weihmichl.
- 2010
First international order.

Move to larger office premises; double-deck centrifuge plant for the geometry market in ATEX.
