GIFAS ELECTRIC GmbH develops, designs and distributes systems for power distribution and lighting. The portfolio includes wall distribution boards, mobile distribution boards, construction site distribution boards and battery systems, transformers, floor distribution boards, floor sockets, power columns and power bollards, cable reels, cable bridges as well as Ex products for potentially explosive areas. In the lighting systems segment, battery and rechargeable lights, work lights, large-area luminaires, industrial luminaires, floodlights, hall lighting, light strips, traffic guidance systems and street lighting are offered. In addition, the company provides planning, consulting, inventory analyses, lighting design, energy efficiency assessments as well as control and monitoring systems for energy optimisation. The products are used, among other things, in production facilities, on construction sites, in Ex workplaces, power plants, logistics centres, in transport and in public areas. Customers include, among others, Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, EDEKA and Muehlhan GmbH. Through partnerships, sales are also active in Belgium and Estonia.
