About us
GIGA – Gesellschaft für Industrie- und GebäudeAutomation mbH was founded on 1 January 2001 in Saarbrücken and is a systems house for industrial and building automation. The company plans, designs and manufactures control cabinets and operator panels for control and drive systems in its own production facility in Saarbrücken – as special-purpose systems, series systems and contract manufacturing based on customer circuit diagrams. In addition to control panel construction, the range of services includes industrial and process automation with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Wago, Pilz), building automation, building management systems, system integration, energy management, cleanroom technology and validatable GMP monitoring in accordance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Engineering, hardware planning with EPLAN, software development, worldwide installation, commissioning as well as maintenance and 24/7 service complete the value chain. Customers come from heavy industry, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, water treatment, the data centre and hospital sector, and the public sector. Certified partner of, among others, Siemens, Wago and Saia-Burgess Controls; quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015.
