About GIGANT

GIGANT is a manufacturer of axle systems for the international commercial vehicle and trailer market based in Dinklage, Lower Saxony. The company develops and manufactures rigid axles, self-steering axles, forced-steering axles, pendulum axles and axle stubs for use in trailers, heavy-duty and low-loader vehicles, municipal vehicles, agricultural trailers and construction machinery. The portfolio also includes air suspension units and mechanical suspension systems for axle loads from 3.5 to 14 tonnes, as well as axle lifts, tire pressure control systems and e-mobility axle systems. The axle load capacities of the axles vary by type from 5.5 t to 12 t; they are available in drum-brake and disc-brake versions and are fitted with low-maintenance compact bearings. The modular product portfolio can be configured for different applications; in addition, GIGANT develops custom axle system solutions for various steering systems. The offering is complemented by service and maintenance, spare parts distribution through its own online shop, test reports and QR-code-based parts identification. GIGANT is part of the Krone Group and supplies customers in Europe and beyond.
