About Gillich Tools
Gillich Tools is a small family business from Brensbach-Wersau (Hesse) specialising in tool and mould making. Its field of expertise is the development and manufacture of prototype injection moulding tools; in addition, it produces hotmelt tools for the gentle encapsulation of sensitive parts such as cable ends or electronics, deep-drawing tools as well as testing and assembly jigs and paint masks. Manufacturing is carried out using modern CNC technology on machining centres and a high-speed milling machine in a size range from 0.2 mm to 1000 mm; materials processed include steel, high-strength aluminium and plastics. A specially developed process with in-house standard tool systems enables fast and cost-effective tools, including complete assembly on request. Injection moulded parts are produced by sampling self-made tools on the company's own machines (50 t to 110 t clamping force); through the partnership with NP-Kunststofftechnik, sampling on external tools is also possible. The process chain extends from CAD design through milling and tool making to sampling and measurement.
