GIS Industrieautomation GmbH, headquartered in Herzogsdorf (Upper Austria), is a specialist company for electrical planning, control cabinet manufacturing, automation and industrial installations. Its services include hardware planning in EPLAN P8, the design of control cabinets, power distribution boards and low-voltage main distribution boards up to 1,600 A, as well as assembly, wiring and testing of control cabinets, operator stations and terminal boxes on a 1,500 m² production floor. In the field of automation, the company offers PLC programming (Siemens, B&R, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi), process visualization and control systems, measurement, control and regulation (MCR) technology, safety controls and embedded software engineering, complemented by electrical/MCR installations, commissioning and acceptance testing (FAT & SAT). Key industry focuses are the sawmill industry, conveying technology, plastic recycling plants, industrial furnaces, special machinery construction, hydropower plants, and stamping and tooling for the automotive industry. Its more than 45 employees also manufacture as a contract manufacturer when hardware planning is carried out by the customer.
