The company develops and manufactures screws to customer requirements: waisted-shank bolts, screws with cross holes (wire or split pin hole, also with thread), tamper-proof thin-shank screws, stud screws and socket head cap screws with special thread lengths and lubrication holes up to 15xD. In addition to machining standard parts and customer-supplied blanks, Giso Meier GmbH offers complete production from solid and bar stock of the most diverse profiles. Materials include steel, stainless steel and aluminium including aerospace aluminium; aluminium is also decoratively anodised black. Customers come from boiler and steam turbine construction, agricultural machinery, military/defence technology, wind power, plant engineering and mechanical engineering as well as automotive and archery. Lot sizes range from one-offs and prototypes through small series to series production.
