About GKV Graupner
GKV Graupner GmbH is a family-owned company in the plastic injection moulding industry based in Partenstein (Bavaria). It manufactures injection-moulded components from all commercially available thermoplastics, from prototypes to small, medium and large series. Production takes place on more than 15 single, two and three-component injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 30 to 650 kN. The service portfolio includes an integrated toolmaking operation with complete mould builds, maintenance, refurbishment, repairs and prototype tools, customised automation solutions using robot technology, as well as the design of components and tools using modern simulation methods. In addition, components are assembled into sub-assemblies – manually or automated – and finishing processes such as pad printing are offered. The company produces functional parts with high mechanical requirements as well as visible parts with high optical demands; mesh filter fabric can also be inserted and welded fully automatically. The highly integrated location enables fast throughput times and rapid response to order and project changes.
