GLADEN EUROPE GmbH, headquartered in Walddorfhäslach (Baden-Württemberg), distributes car-HiFi products under the Gladen, Mosconi and SoundUp brands: speaker systems, subwoofers, amplifiers and digital sound processors (DSP). According to the company, Gladen speakers and subwoofer enclosures are manufactured by specialists and small manufacturers in the Swabian region (Made in Germany); the Mosconi amplifiers and DSP components come from Italian production with suppliers within a 100 km radius. The range includes, among others, high-end Class-D amplifiers (Mosconi PRO), coaxial speakers (Gladen Sigma), high-power subwoofers and vehicle-specific SoundUp HiFi packages with plug-&-play wiring harnesses for models from BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Hyundai and VW. Distribution is via a network of specialist dealers in the DACH region; the company offers service, software updates for DSP products and a product archive with datasheets. The GmbH is led by Alexandra Gladen, following the death of founder Dipl.-Ing. Henning Gladen in December 2016.
