About Glas Balzer

Glas Balzer OHG is a medium-sized family business in Lebach in the Saarland, active in all glazing matters since 1960. The company manufactures and installs made-to-measure glass products, including safety glass (ESG and VSG), 2-fold and 3-fold insulating glass, all-glass showers, all-glass doors with stainless steel fittings, glass railings, glass canopies, windbreak and privacy screens, kitchen splashbacks and made-to-measure mirrors. In-house production processes include sandblasting, bevelling, RAL painting, satin finishing and Clear Shield coating; leaded glazing – also as an insulating glass combination – and the processing of PLEXIGLAS (PMMA) including multiwall sheets are also part of the programme. Customers are tradespeople, architects and private builders; in addition, the company offers glass repair with a 24-hour emergency service and direct billing with the insurance company. An exhibition is available on site in Lebach; the company's own machinery, steadily expanded over the years, and cooperations with manufacturers from the glass industry round out its capabilities.
