Glasatelier Mike Bäz-Dölle

About the Glass Atelier

The Glasatelier Mike Bäz-Dölle is a craft workshop in Lauscha in Thuringia, the traditional centre of the glassblowing trade. Owner Mike Bäz-Dölle, a master glassblower, produces lampworked glass using traditional techniques and has specialised in solid glass design. The product range includes glass figures, glass animals and glass flowers, mostly inspired by nature; abstract and stylised forms are also created. One-off pieces and unique items are made to customer request. The products are distributed via retail, to private individuals, via trade markets at home and abroad, and through an online shop. The craft has been practised in the family for several generations.
