The glass manufactory from Radeburg
Glasbiegerei Pfaltz is a glass manufactory based in Radeburg near Dresden that specialises in bending and processing glass. The company plans, develops and produces individual glass solutions from the initial idea through design to artisanal manufacturing – all from a single source. The focus is on one-off pieces and small series made to customer specification, produced from glass, special glasses, laminated safety glass (VSG) and heritage-protection glass. Typical products are curved shower enclosures, display cases, sight glasses for medical devices, staircase glazing, counters and replacement panes for historic windows. As a specialist, the manufactory is especially in demand for the restoration of listed buildings and historic vehicles; among other projects, it was involved from 2010 in the restoration of around 2,000 windows in the Dresden Zwinger. Delivery is provided locally, regionally and worldwide.
