GLASS GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed family business in its third generation, headquartered in Paderborn. For around 50 years, its specialists have been developing and manufacturing tailor-made special machines for mixing processes, process systems and special-purpose machinery. The portfolio includes, among other things, food mixers (batch mixers, vacuum mixers, cooling mixers and intensive mixers), fine grinders, tempering machines for chocolate, emulsifying machines, schnitzel flatteners, industrial tumblers and marinating systems, industrial roasters, steak machines, cooking systems and spice mixers for powdered and liquid products. Every machine is built as a custom solution according to individual customer requirements, including consulting, design, individual programming and IT integration. The systems are used worldwide by renowned companies, especially in the food industry – from convenience food, cheese and delicatessen products to meat and confectionery as well as vegetarian/vegan products, spices and chemicals. An in-house technical centre enables product testing with customer ingredients prior to purchase. Services include assembly, commissioning, maintenance, spare parts service, repair, inspection and training, complemented by a service guarantee covering the entire machine lifetime.
