About Glass Concept
Glass Concept is a sole proprietorship (owner: Henry Meka) with a workshop in Sulzbach-Rosenberg (Kropfersricht 39) and operates as a glazier's business in the Amberg-Sulzbach district and the Nuremberg area. The company plans, manufactures and installs custom glass solutions: made-to-measure glass showers, glass partitions as well as sliding and swing doors, mirrors with LED lighting, glass kitchen backsplashes, glass canopies, patio roofs, balcony railings and fall-protection systems, as well as glass furniture such as tables, display cases and shelving. In its own workshop, glass and mirrors are cut, ground and drilled in all thicknesses; acrylic glass (Plexiglas) and Macrolon are also cut to size. Specialties are UV bonding technology for glass joints as well as color design and printing on glass. Large and heavy glass panes are installed with the company's own crane truck. In addition to new projects, the company offers repairs of insulating and safety glass as well as leaded glazing. Customers are private households and commercial clients, including many years of collaboration with the architectural firm Etschmann & Noack.
