Glen Dimplex Deutschland GmbH, based in Kulmbach, is the German sales and service location of the Dimplex brand, which has been offering solutions in the fields of heating, cooling and ventilation for around 50 years. The product portfolio includes air/water, water/water and brine/water heat pumps in the System C (Commercial), System E (Residential), System S (Split) and M Flex (Split Premium) series, hot water heat pumps, hot water storage tanks and instantaneous water heaters, as well as central and decentralised ventilation systems and electric heating (room heaters, storage heaters, infrared heating, control and regulating devices). The focus is on system solutions that coordinate individual products down to the smallest detail – for new builds as well as renovations. These are complemented by digital tools such as the heat pump configurator, the Hydraulics Finder and the Dimplex Home app, plus a digital service portal with service and maintenance packages, spare parts ordering and seminars. Customers are trade partners, installers, planners and architects in Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland.
