About GLOBUS Gummiwerke

GLOBUS Gummiwerke GmbH is a manufacturer of technical elastomer sealing solutions based in Ahrensbök (Schleswig-Holstein) since 1906. The portfolio includes flat gaskets, aerosol sealing rings, hose lengths, extruded and vulcanized rubber seals, cut and ground gaskets as well as technical molded parts including in-house material development. Production is based on extrusion, vulcanization, cutting and grinding processes; thanks to the extrusion process, the company is independent of fixed molds and can flexibly design dimensions and tolerances. Around 4,500 tonnes of elastomer compound are processed annually into more than 8 billion parts. Customers come from the aerosol, automotive, packaging, electrical and sanitary engineering as well as mechanical and plant engineering industries; as a series supplier to the automotive industry, the company is certified to IATF 16949. In addition, GLOBUS offers custom manufacturing, assembly/converting, tool management and shipping logistics.
