About Glockenklang
Glockenklang GmbH is a German manufacturer of amplifiers, speaker systems, PA equipment and bass electronics based in Herford. The company hand-builds bass amplifier systems, bass reflex speaker cabinets made of birch plywood, as well as active 2-band and 3-band onboard preamps for electric basses that can be switched into passive mode via a push/pull pot. All units are played in and tested before delivery. In addition to product manufacturing, Glockenklang carries out installations for studios, clubs and event halls; power amplifiers developed for studio use from the Bugatti series operate fanless with a signal-to-noise ratio of up to 103 dB. The premium-priced products are used under endorsement agreements by well-known musicians such as Oliver Riedel, Christian McBride and Hellmut Hattler, and serve manufacturers such as Sandberg Guitars and EMG as a reference.
