GLÜCK Manufaktur GmbH, based in Mönchengladbach, produces fruit spreads in 28 standard varieties as well as three chocolate and nut creams. The range includes chunky, puréed and reduced-sugar variants (GLÜCK mit Leichtigkeit with at least 30 % less sugar) as well as the limited edition PECH made from elderberry & chili. The spreads contain 70 % fruit, have a short ingredient list and are produced in a gentle process; pectin from citrus fruits is used as the gelling agent. Artificial additives and flavor enhancers are avoided; all fruit spreads are vegan, gluten-free, halal and free of allergens requiring labeling. The nut creams contain 30 % hazelnuts or 40 % almonds, and the chocolate cream is made with Rainforest Alliance-certified cocoa without palm oil. The products are sold via the company's own online shop; delivery is only within Germany via DHL.
