Glüpker Blechtechnologie GmbH is a system partner for industry based in Neuenhaus (Lower Saxony) and has been established in the field of sheet metal processing and supply chains since 1981. The company manufactures sheet metal parts and assemblies and offers laser cutting and punching, bending with press brake robots, and welding with welding robots. Production is highly automated and includes a fully automatic production line. In addition to manufacturing, Glüpker realizes a seamless logistics value chain: a computer-controlled ERP system manages raw materials and production orders, and delivery is made on schedule, including just-in-time and just-in-sequence delivery. With around 500,000 orders per year and 60 delivery trailers daily, the company is designed for high volumes and tight coupling of production processes with industrial customers. At the beginning of 2023, a second site in Rathenow in the Havelland region was opened in addition to the headquarters, in order to offer customers maximum efficiency, flexibility and reliability in sheet metal processing.
