Gluth Systemtechnik GmbH is a special-purpose machinery manufacturer based in Straubing that develops complete solutions for automation and testing technology. The company accompanies projects along a seven-stage process chain: concept development, project management, development phase with mechanical and electrical design as well as software development, implementation phase, in-house commissioning, recommissioning at the customer's site, and service. During implementation, Gluth manufactures selected components in-house and draws on a network of regional manufacturing partners; mechanical and electrical assembly, including control cabinet construction, wiring and installation, is carried out by its own skilled staff. The plant concepts are modular in design, so that individual assemblies and modules can be reused – this enables cost savings, short delivery times and low technical risk even for new plants. Gluth machines are in operation both in Germany and abroad; the service range includes process optimization, extensions, troubleshooting and the supply of spare and wear parts.
