About GLW
GLW GmbH, headquartered in Kißlegg (Baden-Württemberg), is a family-owned company that has been manufacturing insulated ferrules, cable processing machines and assembly services since 1986. The product portfolio includes more than 350 ferrule variants, produced on self-developed production systems using the injection molding process. In addition, GLW offers cut-to-length, stripping, crimping as well as stripping and crimping in a single operation for flexible and solid conductors, cable lugs, flat connector terminals, heat-shrink and plastic tubing, wiring ducts and mounting rails. In the field of mechanical engineering, the company develops and produces processing equipment such as the pneumatic hand crimping tool AC and the stripping and crimping machine MC 40. The products are sold in more than 44 countries, among others through its own subsidiary GLW Asia Co. Ltd. in Bangkok. At the Kißlegg site, GLW manufactures in three plants with over 100 employees from more than 10 nations. The company is certified to ISO 9001 and focuses on sustainability with 100% green electricity and its own photovoltaic system.
