Turned parts are our trade – since 1938
GMO Präzisionsdrehteile GmbH is a precision turned parts manufacturer based in Obernheim (Baden-Württemberg) specialising in the machining of turned and threaded parts for small, medium and large series. On CNC short- and long-cycle automatic lathes with up to 11 axes, multi-spindle and single-spindle automatic lathes, parts with diameters from 1.0 to 45 mm and lengths up to 1,200 mm are produced; manufacturing tolerances down to ±0.02 mm are possible. The range extends from ball studs, shafts, axles, sensor housings, valve spindles and fittings to miniature turned parts, including milling and cross-drilling units as well as deep-hole drilling on high-pressure systems. Through internal and external partners, mechanical post-machining, heat treatment, surface finishing and the assembly of ready-to-install sub-assemblies are also offered. Customers include the automotive industry, electric motor and mechanical engineering, medical technology, hydraulic and gear technology, sensor technology, the printing industry and building technology. The company is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and supplies customers worldwide.
