About GÖCKENER
GÖCKENER GMBH is a family-run contract manufacturer founded in 2000 and based in Ahaus (Westmünsterland), specialising in the development and production of film, gel and polyurethane products. Its range of services includes in-house gel production with more than 150 standard formulations (cooling, warming, ultrasound, thermal and disinfection gels), various film welding methods (including ultrasonic and high-frequency welding), cutting technology, extrusion for coating fibreglass rods, PU casting technology with precision steel tools, and contract filling of liquids, gels, solids and granulates from 250 units. In addition, the company offers printing and product finishing, toolmaking, assembly, FIFO-based warehousing and logistics from a single source. Customers come mainly from medicine, pharmacy, cosmetics, the beverage and food industries, automotive and printing technology, as well as the promotional products trade; production is carried out in small and large quantities. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485 by TÜV NORD CERT.

Alcohol-based hand disinfectant, registered with BAuA, for medicine, the food industry and public institutions.
Polyurethane (PU casting technology)
PU gels in soft to hard formulations, combined with leather, fabrics, films or metals, e.g. for protectors, shoe insoles and printing technology.
PVC films
Processing using various welding techniques for compresses, packaging and technical applications; film waste is recycled.
Fibreglass + plastic granulate
Extrusion of coloured coatings for safety and bicycle pennants as a blank 1,600 mm long, 6 mm in diameter.

Cut-to-size as roll or sheet goods using slitting machines, layering machines and die cutting.
