Automation solutions from a single source
Founded in 1982 as Ingenieurbüro Goeke, the owner-managed Goeke Technology Group (IBG) develops and implements custom production systems and automation solutions for industry. The range of services includes process automation, robot systems, assembly technology, custom gripping technology, fully automatic joining technology, optical vision and measuring systems, intralogistics with automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and software for controlling and visualizing automation systems – delivered turnkey by the engineering firm as general contractor. Materials such as CFRP, steel and aluminium are used for gripper designs; motion planning focuses on energy efficiency and lightweight construction (green technology). An example project is a fully automated capacitor production line with 3D vision winding inspection, welding of winding packs, housing assembly, potting and optical final inspection; in addition, robot-based LED display systems (Moving Technology) are built for events and trade fair booths. Customer industries include, among others, the automotive industry, aerospace, medical technology and the electrical industry. The group, with more than 300 employees, has locations in Neuenrade (headquarters), Lübeck and Birzebbuga (Malta).
