About Golay Spierer
Golay Spierer SA has been producing exclusively bespoke one-of-a-kind watches (tailor-made) in Carouge near Geneva since 2001. The process comprises three phases: a consultation meeting to develop the idea, the creative design with CAD sketches and computer-generated images, and the production stage, in which a project is translated into construction plans, specifications and descriptions for around twenty craftsmen and artists. The final assembly of every watch takes place in the company's own workshops. Watches are made in materials such as steel, gold and platinum and with diamonds; by 2021 more than 160 original, unique creations had been produced. In addition to the bespoke timepieces, the house runs the Croix de Genève jewellery line. Its roots go back to the Geneva watchmaking tradition of the Golay family, documented in Geneva since 1829.
