About Goldec SA
Goldec SA is a family business founded in 1989 and based in La Chaux-de-Fonds in the Swiss Jura, specialised in high-quality screw machining (Décolletage / long turning) of precision parts. The company mainly produces small to medium series, including movement components such as screws, staffs, axles and tubes, as well as case parts, jewellery elements and components for connector technology. Production is carried out from bar stock with diameters of 0.8 to 20 mm; the smallest parts measure around 0.1 mm. Gold, steel, titanium and other materials are machined, complemented by polishing work (Polissage) and general precision mechanics. Since its foundation, a key focus has been gold machining, where complete recovery of precious metal chips is ensured to the exact gram. The company is a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council and is certified to RJC COP and COC.
