About Gorter Group

Gorter is an internationally active company founded in 1928, headquartered in Schagen in the Netherlands, and specializes in access solutions through roofs, floors, walls and ceilings. The product range includes thermally broken roof hatches (RHT, RHTEP), glazed roof hatches (RHTG), fire-rated roof hatches (RHTEI, E120) as well as floor, wall and ceiling hatches for applications ranging from office buildings to cleanrooms. Products are manufactured in aluminium and steel, and on request also as custom-made solutions in material, model and size — including explosion venting, sound-insulating and burglar-resistant versions as well as double-lid variants. The hatches are complemented by combinations with scissor ladders, extension ladders or fixed stairs as a complete access solution. Customers include architects, planners and construction companies as well as the public sector, healthcare, education and commercial markets. Standard sizes are available from stock, usually within one to five working days.
